3 Ingredient Strawberry Banana Protein Pancake

1 banana
1 egg
1/4 cup strawberry protein powder

Mash banana, add in egg and protein powder and mix well. Pour 1/4c. onto a heated griddle sprayed with nonstick spray. Cook approximately 1-2 minutes per side. Top with sliced bananas, strawberries, vanilla yogurt and a sprinkle of chocolate chips. Makes 3 pancakes.
